Training

Empowering Development Professionals:

As an experienced educator and international consultant, I specialize in providing high-quality training and capacity development for development professionals, particularly those working within the United Nations, NGOs and other international organizations.

My focus is on strengthening knowledge and skills across a broad spectrum of critical areas, including child rights, human rights, social policy, sustainable development goals (SDGs), participatory research, child-focused development, and public finance
for children, among others.

With extensive expertise in indigenous knowledge and local wisdom in Asia, inter-generational dialogue on climate justice, and decolonizing research methodologies, I offer tailored training programs that equip professionals with the tools to navigate complex global challenges. My sessions also address emerging topics such as the intersection of artificial intelligence and child rights, policy advocacy, staff development and human resource management within development contexts.

Whether you are seeking to enhance your team’s capacity for policy design, improve staff engagement in SDG implementation, or deepen understanding of child rights/human rights frameworks, my training programs are designed to provide actionable
insights and foster long-term impact.

Let us work together to advance knowledge, foster innovation, and drive positive change.
I invite you to explore the diverse training options available and connect with me to discuss how we can tailor a capacity development program to meet the specific needs
of your team or organization.
